WaBot is NOT the official WhatsApp Business API and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way.
This service uses WhatsApp Web automation to provide messaging capabilities. By using this service, you acknowledge that you understand this distinction and accept all associated risks.
"WhatsApp" as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Built-in Spam Protection
WaBot automatically protects your account with the following features:
- Automatic message delays - Messages are spaced out automatically (minimum 5 seconds between messages).
- Rate limiting - Maximum 10 messages per minute to prevent rapid sending.
- Queue system - Messages are queued and sent sequentially, preventing bulk sending issues.
Your Responsibility
WhatsApp may block your number if you send messages to people who are not expecting them. Even with our protections, please use this service responsibly.
Best practices:
- Only message people who know you and expect your messages.
- Use a dedicated phone number for the API to protect your personal account.
- Vary your message content to avoid looking like automated spam.
Disclaimer
- This API is intended for personal use only. Business use is at your own risk.
- Have a backup plan (like Twilio or the official WhatsApp Business API) in case of downtime.
- You are fully responsible for all messages sent from your phone number.
- WaBot is not responsible for any ban by WhatsApp. We cannot unblock banned numbers.
- We keep a log of the messages you send through WaBot for 90 days, then delete it. We never keep the chats your AI assistant reads. See the Privacy Policy.
- Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use WaBot for:
- Spam, harassment, or any illegal activities
- Sending malware, phishing links, or harmful content
- Circumventing rate limits or security measures
- Any activity that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service
