Public website analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures public visits without cookies in supported regions. Google Analytics is optional: enable it in Analytics preferences in the footer and withdraw your choice there. Its cookies stay on this product. Account pages are excluded; keys, phone numbers, emails, messages and form contents are not sent. Cloudflare and Google process measurement data under their own policies; processing can occur outside Costa Rica. Declining Google Analytics does not affect the service.

What we keep

• Your account: email address, language, plan and billing status, and a fingerprint of your API key (never the key itself).
• Your WhatsApp link: the number you connect and the session WhatsApp gives us to stay linked, stored on our servers while the number is connected.
• Messages you send through WaBot: recipient, text or file link, status and the IP address the request came from. We keep this log for 90 days so you can check delivery, then delete it.
• Alert settings: the email address, WhatsApp number or webhook URL you choose for disconnect alerts.

What we don't keep

• The chats your AI assistant reads. When you ask Claude or ChatGPT about your WhatsApp, WaBot reads those chats live from your connected number and passes them to the assistant you chose; we don't store a copy.
• Card numbers. Payments are handled by Stripe; we only keep the Stripe customer and subscription references.

Who else is involved

• Stripe processes payments.
• Cloudflare carries our traffic and runs the human check (Turnstile) on our forms.
• The AI assistant you connect (Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's ChatGPT or another) receives the chats you ask it about, under its own privacy policy.
• Our email provider delivers our emails to you.

How long

• Message logs: 90 days.
• Account data: until you delete your account (portal → My account), then it is anonymized.
• Backups: up to 30 days.

Your choices

• Disconnect your number or delete your account at any time from the portal.
• Disconnect an AI assistant in its settings, or all of them at once by getting a new API key.
• Ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it: write to [email protected].
