Before You Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Cancel your Stripe subscription
Subscriptions are billed by card through Stripe. You can cancel on your own in Stripe's billing portal:
- Open the billing portal and enter the email you paid with.
- Stripe emails you a sign-in link. Open it.
- Choose "Cancel subscription" and confirm.

Will I lose access immediately?
No, you will have access until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.
What happens to my queued messages?
Messages already in your queue are still sent. Once your subscription ends, new messages are refused.
Can I resubscribe later?
Yes! You can resubscribe at any time. Your API key will remain the same.
